Return Policy
At Donna Arnold, we aim to provide excellent service and a reliable shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns are accepted, ensuring transparency for all customers.
Return Conditions
Returns may only be requested after the order has been delivered.
A return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
Once the return has been approved, the item must be shipped back within an additional 15 days.
All approved returns must be sent to the original shipping source, which is our supplier located in China.
All costs related to returns, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

Include all original tags
Items may only be tried on for sizing purposes. Extended wear is not permitted.
Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
Final Sale Items
Products purchased during Final Sale promotions with discounts of 40% or more are not eligible for return. This condition is clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Restocking Fee
A $20 restocking fee applies per returned item. This amount will be deducted from the refund and covers inspection, handling, and inventory processing.
Return Guarantee for Unused Products
Items that meet all return requirements stated above qualify for a full return guarantee, subject to the applicable restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Donna Arnold does not reimburse shipping fees, customs charges, or related expenses. Additional details are outlined in our Terms of Service.
Return Window
Customers have 15 days from delivery to submit a return request. After approval, the item must be shipped back within 15 additional days. This results in a total return window of 30 days from the delivery date.
Returns requested or shipped outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Defective Items
Products confirmed to have a manufacturing defect are eligible for either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the customer’s preference.
How to Initiate a Return

Submit a return request by emailing support@donnaarnold.com within 15 days of delivery.

After approval, the return address of our supplier in China will be provided.

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs or international shipping costs.

The use of a tracked shipping service is strongly recommended.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 15 days to the original payment method. The $20 restocking fee and any applicable charges will be deducted.
Responsibility and Liability
Donna Arnold is not responsible for lost return shipments when tracking confirms delivery to the provided address.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.
Any address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
