Chinese New Year Notice (February)

During February, international shipping operations may be affected by the Chinese New Year holiday. Many production facilities, fulfillment centers, and shipping partners operate at reduced capacity or temporarily pause operations during this period.

As a result, order processing and shipment may be delayed. In certain cases, dispatch times may extend by an additional 4 to 5 weeks beyond the standard processing timeframe. These seasonal disruptions are temporary and outside the control of Donna Arnold.

Orders placed during this period are accepted with the understanding that extended processing and shipping times may apply due to the holiday.
